Three unit types are presented, covering the entry, mid-range and top-of-range configurations across both collections.

2 Bedroom + Study (Type B3, 807 sqft): two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate study set off the foyer rather than carved out of the living area, plus a balcony. Franke sink and mixer, De Dietrich cooker hood, induction hob and built-in oven, Samsung fridge and washer-dryer combination, with a ceiling fan at the living area. The most numerous type in the development at 40 units.
3 Bedroom (Type C5, 1,087 sqft): three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a separate WC, and a store room. Same De Dietrich and Franke kitchen as B3 but with a gas hob in place of the induction hob. The most numerous 3-Bedroom layout at 28 units, and the best type to walk if you are weighing the 3-Bedroom range, since C4 and C6 share its configuration.
4 Bedroom Prestige (Type DP1, 1,894 sqft): the Prestige Collection layout, entered through a private lift lobby. Four bedrooms, a junior master suite, a walk-in wardrobe in tinted glass with an independent dresser, a powder room, a yard and two store rooms, with the kitchen split into wet and dry. Appliances step up to V-Zug with an integrated fridge, wine chiller and built-in dishwasher, and the floors are marble through the foyer, living, dining and corridor.

Terra Hill has 25 unit types across 54 stacks, and the differences between them are not always visible from the size alone, so this is usually where a visit earns its time.

Three things in particular are easier to judge in person than on paper. Ceiling height varies more here than at most developments: living areas run 2.85m on typical floors, 3.55m on the first storey, and up to 5.52m in the penthouses, and the show units let you feel that difference rather than read it. Room proportions matter because several types are close in size but laid out differently, and C3 in particular is larger than C1 and C2 while giving up the store and the WC. Orientation is worth discussing with a plan in front of you, since no unit at Terra Hill faces directly west and the stack you choose determines your outlook.
