Terra Hill has 25 unit types across 54 stacks in nine blocks. The six Signature blocks are 18, 18A, 18B, 22, 22A and 22B, and the three Prestige blocks are 20, 20A and 20B. Stacks are numbered 1 to 54, and every floor plan carries a keyplan showing exactly where that type sits on the site.

Typical Unit Floorplan Layout

These are the layouts on levels 1 to 4, which account for 216 of the 270 units. Layouts are regular and squarish, with living and dining arranged to avoid corridor waste, and every unit from B1 upward has a household shelter that doubles as a utility or storage room. First-storey units get a higher ceiling: 3.55m in the living area against 2.85m above, or 3.52m against 3.0m in DP1.

2 Bedroom Floorplan Layout

Every 2-Bedroom layout at Terra Hill has two bathrooms. There is no one-bathroom unit anywhere in the development.

B1, 58 sqm / 624 sqft, 6 units. The smallest layout at Terra Hill, found only in Block 18B stacks 17 and 24, and only on levels 1 to 3.

B2, 63 sqm / 678 sqft, 18 units. The same two-bedroom arrangement as B1 on a larger footprint, in Blocks 18 and 18A, plus level 4 of those two Block 18B stacks.

B3, 2 Bedroom + Study, 75 sqm / 807 sqft, 40 units. The most numerous type in the development, in all six Signature blocks. The study sits off the foyer beside Bath 2 rather than being carved out of the living area, and B3 is the only B-series layout with both a study and a balcony.

3 Bedroom Floorplan Layout

The 3-Bedroom range is the largest band at 126 units, and it divides in a way size alone does not reveal. C4, C5 and C6 each add a Store and a separate WC on top of the two bathrooms. C3 sits with C1 and C2 on bathrooms but with C4, C5 and C6 on the kitchen, taking a gas hob rather than an induction hob.

C1 and C2, 84 sqm / 904 sqft, 8 and 24 units. Identical in size and layout, differing only in location: C1 in Blocks 18 and 18B, C2 in Blocks 22, 22A and 22B. Two bathrooms, no store, no WC.

C3, 90 sqm / 969 sqft, 12 units. Larger than C1 and C2 but with the same two bathrooms and no WC or store. Against C4, C5 and C6 it has a smaller master bedroom and a smaller third bedroom. In Blocks 18A and 18B.

C4, 100 sqm / 1,076 sqft, 16 units. The first layout in the range with a Store and a WC alongside its two bathrooms, giving three sanitary fixtures.

C5, 101 sqm / 1,087 sqft, 28 units. The most numerous 3-Bedroom type. Units at #01-32 to #04-32 and #01-45 to #04-45 carry a different master bedroom and master bathroom arrangement, drawn separately on the same plan.

C6, 102 sqm / 1,098 sqft, 20 units. The largest 3-Bedroom below penthouse level. Units at #01-03 to #04-03 carry that same alternative master arrangement.

4 Bedroom / 4 Bedroom Prestige Floorplan Layout

All four of these layouts split the kitchen into a wet and a dry kitchen, which none of the 2-Bedroom or 3-Bedroom types do.

D1, 121 sqm / 1,302 sqft, 4 units. Three full bathrooms plus a separate WC, giving four sanitary fixtures. Block 22 only, at stack 33.

D2, 122 sqm / 1,313 sqft, 12 units. The same configuration as D1, in Blocks 22 and 22B.

D3, 124 sqm / 1,335 sqft, 4 units. The largest of the three, in Block 18B only, at stack 22.

DP1, Prestige Collection, 176 sqm / 1,894 sqft, 24 units. Reached by a private lift opening into the unit’s own lobby, with a living frontage of about six metres, a junior master suite, a walk-in wardrobe, a powder room, a yard and two stores. Kitchen appliances step up to V-Zug with an integrated fridge, wine chiller and dishwasher. Three full bathrooms serve the four bedrooms, with the powder room in addition. One of only two Prestige types, on levels 1 to 4 of stacks 25 to 30.

Penthouse Unit Floorplan Layout

Every penthouse at Terra Hill sits on level 5, the attic level, one at the top of each of the 54 stacks. There are 54 penthouse units across 12 types. All of them carry a strata void, the double-height volume above the living area, and that void counts toward the published size, so a penthouse area is not directly comparable with a typical unit showing the same figure. Living-area ceilings run up to 5.52m.

Eleven of the twelve penthouse types belong to the Signature Collection. The only Prestige penthouse is EP1-PH, in the 5-Bedroom group below.

2 Bedroom Penthouse Floorplan Layout

B2-PH, 78 sqm / 840 sqft, 6 units. The only 2-Bedroom penthouse, including 15 sqm of strata void, one at the top of each B-series stack in Blocks 18, 18A and 18B. Two bathrooms, as with every other 2-Bedroom layout.

3 Bedroom Penthouse Floorplan Layout

All three revert to two bathrooms with no WC, unlike C4, C5 and C6 on the levels below, but each keeps a Store. Each has a reinforced concrete flat roof, a pitched roof section and a metre-high railing at the attic level.

C7-PH, 116 sqm / 1,249 sqft, 10 units. Includes 20 sqm of strata void. The most numerous 3-Bedroom penthouse, in all six Signature blocks.

C8-PH, 124 sqm / 1,335 sqft, 2 units. Includes 24 sqm of strata void. The rarest type in the Signature Collection, at Block 18 #05-05 and Block 18B #05-20.

C9-PH, 124 sqm / 1,335 sqft, 6 units. The same size and configuration as C8-PH in different stacks, across Blocks 22, 22A and 22B.

4 Bedroom Penthouse Floorplan Layout

This is where the 4-Bedroom band separates most sharply. D4-PH is configured much like the typical 4-Bedroom layouts, while D5-PH, D6-PH and D7-PH add a second en-suite bedroom and a study. All four belong to the Signature Collection.

D4-PH, 143 sqm / 1,539 sqft, 3 units. Includes 26 sqm of strata void. The rarest D-series layout and the only 4-Bedroom type with no WC at all, so it has three sanitary fixtures where the smaller D1 has four. It has no study, no junior master bedroom, and a single kitchen rather than a wet and dry split.

D5-PH, 170 sqm / 1,830 sqft, 4 units. Includes 28 sqm of strata void. Adds a junior master bedroom with its own bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe on the attic level alongside the main master suite, plus a dedicated study on the main level, three bathrooms and a WC.

D6-PH, 172 sqm / 1,851 sqft, 7 units. The same configuration as D5-PH and the most numerous of the three. Units #05-32 and #05-45 carry an alternative master arrangement.

D7-PH, 173 sqm / 1,862 sqft, 5 units. The largest of the three, in Blocks 18, 18A and 18B. Unit #05-03 carries the alternative master arrangement.

5 Bedroom Penthouse Floorplan Layout

There are 11 five-bedroom homes at Terra Hill, all of them penthouses, making this the rarest band in the development. Three types are Signature and one is Prestige.

E1-PH, E2-PH and E3-PH, 197 to 201 sqm / 2,120 to 2,164 sqft, 5 units in total. Each includes 25 sqm of strata void, and the three differ from one another only at the foyer area. The attic holds the master suite with a walk-in wardrobe, plus a fifth bedroom with its own bathroom. The main level holds a junior master suite, two further bedrooms, a third bathroom and a WC, giving four full bathrooms plus a WC, along with a wet and dry kitchen with V-Zug appliances and a yard. E1-PH is a single unit at Block 22 #05-33, and E3-PH a single unit at Block 18B #05-22.

EP1-PH, Prestige Collection, 282 sqm / 3,035 sqft, 6 units. The largest home at Terra Hill, including 43 sqm of strata void, with a living frontage of about nine metres under a 5.52m ceiling. It is the only unit type with five full bathrooms, one for each of its five bedrooms, and the only type with two walk-in wardrobes, one off the junior master on the main level and one off the master in the attic. It also has a powder room, a separate WC, a wet and dry kitchen, a yard, two stores and a private lift lobby. One sits at the top of each Prestige stack, at #05-25 through #05-30.

How to Read a Terra Hill Floor Plan

 
Two conventions on these plans change what a stated area means, and both matter when comparing types.

Strata void is included in the stated area. On every penthouse a dotted line marks the strata void, the double-height space above the living area, complete with bulkhead. It counts toward the published size, so a 1,249 sqft C7-PH includes 20 sqm of volume rather than floor. Types on levels 1 to 4 have no strata void.

Reinforced concrete ledges and void space are excluded. The legend on each plan marks RC, reinforced concrete, and the hatched void space symbol as excluded from the strata area, so neither adds anything to the stated size. Air-conditioner ledges are labelled AC LEDGE on the plans, but the legend does not state how they are treated, so check with our team before assuming either way.

An asterisk means a mirrored unit. Roughly half the stacks are mirror images of their neighbour, so two units of the same type can open in opposite directions. Check the unit number against the schedule printed on the plan.

Bath, WC and Powder Room are three different things. A room marked Bath is a full bathroom with shower, basin and water closet. A WC has a basin and water closet only, with no shower. A Powder Room, provided in DP1 and EP1-PH, has a basin, water closet and vanity, with no shower. Counting only the rooms labelled Bath understates what several types provide.

Other abbreviations follow the legend printed on each plan: HS is the household shelter, ST a store, DB the distribution board, F a fridge, WD a washer-dryer combination, W&D a separate washer and dryer, IF an integrated fridge, DW a dishwasher and WN a wine chiller. A legend lists only what appears on that particular plan, so an abbreviation missing from a plan means that layout does not have it.
