Confirmed current pricing. The published price list gives the range by bedroom band, but the figure for a specific unit depends on its stack, floor and orientation. We can confirm the exact price for a unit you are considering, along with any discount currently active.
Unit selection and floor plan guidance. Terra Hill has 25 unit types across 54 stacks, from a 624 sqft 2-Bedroom to the 3,035 sqft EP1-PH, and units of similar size are not always similar inside. We can work through the floor plans with you and explain what separates types that look alike on a size chart.
Availability by stack and floor. The balance unit chart shows what remains by bedroom band. If you have a particular stack, floor or orientation in mind, we can check it directly.
Financing, CPF and stamp duty. We can talk through the progressive payment schedule, indicative loan quantum and monthly instalment for a specific unit, and explain how Buyer’s Stamp Duty, ABSD and the TDSR cap apply to your own situation. Our mortgage calculator is a starting point for the numbers.
Buying procedure. From booking fee and Option to Purchase through to exercising the Option and the payment stages that follow, we can walk you through what happens and when.
